You work hard. Your diary is full, your head even fuller. And yet, more and more often, you feel the need for a place where you can truly unwind. A place in the sun, where you can relax with family or friends. Or just on your own for a while.
Buying a home on the Costa Blanca seems like a dream. But in practice, it also raises questions. Where do you start? Who can you trust? How do you avoid hassle?
You’ve now found the estate agent! My name is Susanne ten Broek. I’ve built up a fantastic network of specialists on the Costa Blanca. As a fluent Spanish-speaking estate agent, I’ll help you on your way to your dream home in the sun!
I understand that your time is precious. That’s why I guide you personally – from the initial search right through to the handover of the keys. No one-size-fits-all approach, just a bespoke service. With access to exclusive listings, knowledge of the region and a network that works.
‘Our expectations were exceeded. Thanks to Susanne, we not only bought our dream home in Moraira, but the renovation also went smoothly. She is committed, honest and always available — a real gem on the Costa Blanca.’
Eric and Dorien Derks / Moraira, April 2023
Just like you, I too dreamed of owning my own home on the Costa Blanca. Having taken the exciting step of buying and renovating a villa in Moraira myself, and after more than 14 years working in this sector, I have built up a great and highly reliable network.
My support covers the entire process of buying a home or building plot, whether it’s a new build or a renovation. I offer a wide range of properties in Moraira, but I also work in Benissa, Benitachell, Javea, Denia, Altea and Calpe.
Whether you’re looking for a modern villa with sea views or a charming finca in the hills: I’ll only show you properties that truly suit you. And I’ll handle everything that comes with it – legal, administrative, tax-related or practical – with or on your behalf. So all you have to do is choose and enjoy.
With a home on the Costa Blanca, you’re not just investing in property, but in your quality of life. 300 days of sunshine a year, a stable market, strong rental potential and the peace of mind that comes with knowing everything is well taken care of.
Are you ready to take the next step towards your home on the Costa Blanca? Then I’d be delighted to help. Approachable, professional and fully committed.

Find your dream home in 3 steps? Here’s how it works:
Together, we’ll discuss your requirements and what’s possible. I’ll also explain the whole process and tell you what to expect, so you’ll be well prepared. We’ll also set a date to view some properties.
Once we’re in Spain, we’ll view the properties. I’ll show you around the region so you can get a good impression of the area. This usually takes two days. Do you have any other preferences? If so, we’ll adjust our plans and look at other properties.
Found your dream home? Then we’ll reserve the property and set everything in motion to complete the purchase. I’ll help you every step of the way and accompany you to the handover. Even afterwards, I’ll stay in touch to help you with practical matters. I’m here for you!
You’ll need a NIE number if you’re buying a house in Spain. It’s a bit like a national insurance number and you’ll need it at the time of the property transfer. Luckily, you don’t have to sort all this out yourself. I’ll help you with it!
Among other things, a solicitor checks that everything is in order and that there are no debts attached to the property. In Spain, debts are attached to the property. It’s not just the solicitor who’s important – the solicitor is too!
In Spain, the same properties are often listed by different estate agents, and it can sometimes be hard to see the wood for the trees. That’s why it’s nice to have everything arranged by a single point of contact. Another bonus: most estate agents generally work well together.
Once an agreement has been reached on the price of the property, it takes around three months for the title to be transferred to your name.
