My experience

I’ve been working in estate agency in Spain since 2012. A few years ago, I moved to Moraira myself. I live here, work here and know the region inside out.


I am registered as an estate agent with the Comunidad Valenciana and speak fluent Spanish. From my own experience, I know what a home in the sun can mean to you. I want you to experience that feeling too.


Personal support from start to finish

As a real estate agent, I will guide you through the entire buying process. From the first viewing to the handover at the solicitor’s.


I’ll think things through with you, explain everything clearly and look after your interests. Without rushing. Without pressure.


A strong local network

In 2011, I went through the process of buying and renovating a property myself. This meant I came into contact with the right people at an early stage.


In 2012, I founded KoopVilla Costa Blanca. I now have an extensive and reliable network of specialists on the Costa Blanca.


These include solicitors, builders, architects and other experts you might need.


I work in Moraira, as well as in Benissa, Benitachell, Jávea, Altea and Calpe. Whether you’re looking for an existing property, a new-build, a plot of land or considering a renovation.


I’m happy to go the extra mile. Because for me, service isn’t an extra, but a given.
